F & I Training

The Milby Group F&I training has three major objectives:
1. Protect the dealer
2. Customer satisfaction
3. Generate above average income

We do this by using a consumer driven menu system that covers all the bases. F&I managers are pleasantly surprised to find out their clients will choose to purchase products when they are given an opportunity to make a choice.


 ALL training cost is FREE to producing Milby Group accounts.


 On-Site Training at your facility which is a one-on-one training includes:

  • Products
  • Professionalism
  • Accountability
  • Compliance
  • Performance Monitoring
  • Menu Selling
  • Weekly Progress Reports to Dealer  



Off-Site training at our facility includes:

  • F & I one day schools: F&I procedure and presentation training classes
  • F & I two day schools: Product knowledge on day one and F&I procedure and presentation on day two.
