F & I Training

The Milby Group F&I training has three objectives:


1. Protect the dealer.

2. Customer satisfaction.

3. Generate above average income.

We do this by using a consumer driven menu system that covers all bases. F&I managers are pleasantly surprised to find out our clients will choose to purchase our products when they are given an opportunity to make a choice.

 

In-House Training

One-on-One Training; Training consist of :

  • Products

  • Professionalism

  • Accountability

  • Compliance

  • Performance Monitoring

  • Menu Selling

  • Weekly progress reports to Dealer

Off-Site Training

 

F & I One day schools: F&I procedure and presentation training classes.

  • Cost is $195.00 non-member and $145.00 for OIADA members.

F & I Two day schools: Product knowledge on day one and F&I procedure and presentation on day two.

  • Cost is $295.00 for non-members and $220.00 for OIADA members.
